Each session delves into essential aspects of creative and personal growth—from the power of sharing your story to understanding the core of authentic leadership, embracing vulnerability, and transforming negative thought patterns. Participants will be equipped with practical tools to make intentional choices, establish their legacy, and lead from a Kingdom perspective. This journey fosters a supportive community where members grow together, encourage one another, and build lasting connections rooted in shared faith and a commitment to creative impact. Jody Chadban

Jody Chadban is a dynamic leader, speaker, and author who has dedicated her life to building communities and empowering women. In 2000, Jody planted a church in Australia, responding to a divine calling that later led her and her family to New York City. There, she worked with The Salvation Army in Manhattan, establishing new communities among various subgroups and expanding their outreach.

Program Outline - Round 1

  • The session incorporates sharing your personal story, through a reflective lens, being contemplative about the areas in which you need growth and feel a sense of 'lack'. We are the authors of our story.

  • The session includes the overarching principle of entrepreneurship, with the definition and understanding of what authentic leadership is; what it looks like, feels like, smells, tastes like. Leadership is part of your calling and manifesto as an artist.

  • We must fully embrace vulnerability. What makes us vulnerable, makes us beautiful. There is power in vulnerability.

  • Self-defeating, repetitive thoughts can undermine our efforts to develop and maintain a positive and effective mindset. This session includes the tools to retire the broken soundtracks that have been holding you back and replacing them with new ones that propel you forward.

  • The session includes understanding how to use our power to choose the values, direction, and impact of our lives. We have the power of choice, and no matter what life throws at us, at every minute in every situation, only we ultimately make the choice of what to do. Only we can determine what legacy we want to leave.

  • The session includes revelation principles with an understanding of why you want to be an artist and the role of artists in the Kingdom. Great leaders never accept the world as it was and always work for the world as it should be. This session is structured with the ultimate framework of Kingdom Perspective and how artists fit within this big picture.

Program Outline - Round 2

  • Participants will refine and rehearse their personal stories from Week 1, receiving real-time coaching on delivery, vulnerability, and audience connection.

  • Translating the theory of authentic leadership into practice, this session explores how participants lead themselves and others with conviction.

  • This workshop empowers participants to lean into vulnerability with courage and self-compassion.

  • Hands-on work with the internal "soundtracks" discussed in Week 4. Participants identify toxic beliefs and replace them with empowered truths.

  • Turning values into action, this session is a decision-making lab grounded in real-life dilemmas.

  • A sacred close to the journey, this final session includes a commissioning ceremony where each participant presents their refined "why" as a Kingdom artist.
